Red = bad. Dodge it. Orange = hop it. Green & gold = grab it. Cables and coffee spills run across all three lanes — the only way past is up.
Shoulders down. Jaw loose. Tongue off the roof of your mouth. (Yes, you were doing it.)
Not bad for someone who "doesn't do yoga".
